Abstract
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate of the best therapeutic regimen to the infertile patients with endometriosis received IVF-ET.Methods: 281 cases with endometriosis was retrospectively analyzed respectively by hierarchical stages and different therapies.Results: The results showed that no different among variant stages,but the pregnancy rates were very higher in prolonged GnRHa therapy than the other two groups.Conclusion: The IVF-ET should be taken as soon as possible to patients with endometriosis by stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ if they could not conceive after several times promoting ovulation projects or IUI.Prolong GnRHa therapy was the optima regimen to patients with endometriosis endured IVF-ET.
