Abstract

The article defines social and economic efficiency of simultaneous operations in 172 patients. Among gynecological disorders were recorded ovarian cysts, benign ovarian tumors and tumor-like masses of uterine adnexa, genital endometriosis and uterine fibroid. All patients had chronic calculous cholecystitis as the type of polypathia. The overall economic effect of simultaneous laparoscopic operations averaged 30 685, 56 rub. per one patient, and together with the average cost of products manufactured by one employee in one working day, 52 795, 20 rub. Simultaneous laparoscopic operations in case of gynecological disorders and cholecystectomy increase social and economic efficiency of treatment.
