Клинический пример с использованием в алгоритме диагностики допплерометрии сосудов матки с пневмокомпрессионной пробой

The results of complex clinical and laboratory examination of women with primary infertility using Dopplerometric diagnostics of uterus vessels in algorithm with pneumocompressive sample allow to draw a conclusion that absence of changes if bloodstream parameters in uterus vessels at Dopplerometry after vaginal pneumocompressive sample can be an indirect evidence of reducing compensatory resources of uterus vessels, endothelial and endocrine dysfunctions. Method of pneumo-Dopplerometry is acceptable not only for evaluation of physiological bloodstream parameters, but also for reserve resources of uterus vessel system, therefore it has additional diagnostic and prognostic value and is advisable to be included in algorithm of examination of patients with infertility.
