Abstract
Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is a specific vascular growth factor,which paly an important role in the angiogenesis.VEGF and its receptors are strongly expressed in ovary,endometrium and placenta,which is very important for the regulation of woman repoductive function.Recently,clinical research result in obstetric and gynecologic field have showed that the abnormal expression of VEGF is related to the pathogenesis ovarian cancer,pregnancy induced hypertension and Endometriosis.
