Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing on therapeutic effect of laparoscopic oophorocystectomy and its rehabilitation effect. Methods 92 cases of ovarian cyst in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 were selected, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 46 cases in each group. Observed the therapeutic effect and postoperative rehabilitation, postoperative hospitalization time and complications. Results After nursing intervention, the operation time of the observation group was (78.3±15.9) min, the amount of hemorrhage was (27.9±7.6) ml, the length of stay was (8.1±2.4) d, the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 17.39%, that in the control group was 47.83%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The survey results showed that after nursing intervention, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.8%, significantly higher than that of the control group (73.9%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing can effectively improve the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic oophorocystectomy, shorten operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss; at the same time, perioperative nursing can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
