Visions and trending norms in the energy transition as levers for promoting collective agency and public/activist intentions

other OA: green CC0

Abstract

This study is conducted as part of the project EC2 (ec2project.eu). We compare a vision manipulation with a trending norm manipulation and a no-intervention control group, and test their effects on collective agency (collective efficacy, collective aims, collective self-determination, descriptive norms), public/activist intentions, and collective energy citizenship.
