Коррекция морфо-функциональных показателей эндометрия под влиянием общей магнитотерапии у пациенток с хроническим эндометритом

The research involved 35 patients with chronic endometritis, whose treatment included not only traditional treatment but also general magnetotherapy. There were carried out immunohistochemical examinations of bioptates of endometrium with the definition of the expression of estrogens and progesteron before and after treatment. It has been stated that general magnetotherapy promotes the restoration of expression to sex steroids of the cells of endometrium, the increase of its thickness; and this is an important pathogenetic mechanism of the effectiveness of the treatment of chronic endometritis and combined disorders of fertile function of women.
