LIF expression in the endometrium of endometriosis mice model with LPS was higher than in the control group (2,9+1,12 vs 2,2+1,54), no statistically significant (p = 0.441). LIF expression in the endometrium of endometriosis mice model with LPS was higher than in the endometriosis mice model (2,9+1,12 vs 0,26+0,30), statistically significant (p = 0.004). Conclusion: There were significant differences in LIF expression in the endometrium endometriosis mice model and endometriosis mice model treated LPS E. coli.
