Abstract
As ultrasound-diagnosed asymptomatic adenomyosis did not affect IVF outcomes, additional treatment for this condition may not be necessary. Diffuse adenomyosis, symptomatic adenomyosis, and concurrent adenomyosis in endometriosis may negatively affect IVF outcomes. Furthermore, MRI or MRI combined with US used for the diagnosis of adenomyosis was not associated with IVF outcomes.
