Abstract

In the article the results of clinic-statistical analysis of 468 endoscopy operation in cases of the ovarian cysts and tumors are presented. Herewith 123 of them were made at age of the 2-18 years. The adnexal twist affection noted in 8,3 %. It is discovered that in the age of the 2-18 years the adnexal twist affection existed more often, than in adult women group (24,4 %, p p > 0,1). It is discovered that the ovarian cyst twist affection together with uterine pipe from 90є to 720є is typical (84,6 %). In 72,7 % of cases the cysts are situated in the field of the lower pole of the ovary. The non-ovariprival operations at the age of the 2-18 years are executed in 22 cases (73,3 %). In 10 cases (45,5 %) the detorsions of the adnexa without ovary fixation were made. In 12 cases (54,5 %) the detorsions of the adnexa and the ovary fixation were made, including 5 cases of the ovary fixation on the uterine back wall (22,7 %), 7 (58,3 %) on the crater-pelvic ligament, as offered authors method. This method allows to save anatomical position of adnexa and more physiological with provision for motherthood in the future.
