The effect of endometriosis on in vitro fertilization outcome.
This review of endometriosis and infertility literature found that in vitro fertilization is a valid option for patients, especially older ones or those with severe disease, and that endometrioma surgery might reduce ovarian reserve without necessarily impacting fertility outcomes.
