Progress of Laparoscopy in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Female Infertility

The disease incidence of infertilitas is increasing year by year,which can be caused by many causes.Among these causes,female infertility occupies 60%,of which the common results from pelvic inflammation,endometriosis,polycystic ovarian syndrome and abnormity of reproductive system and cavitas pelvis.These causes are attracting more attention of obstetrics.The therapeutic methods varies according to different etiology as well as diagnositic and therapeutic methods.Laparoscope is attracting more attention because of its micro-invasiveness,high performance and diagnostic achievement ratio and advantages better than that of others methods.
