The Clinical Observation of The Sparse Liver Regulates the Flow of Vital Energy Removing Extravasted Blood Method in The Treatment of Recurrence Ovary Womb Internal Membrane Dystopia cyst

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of The sparse liver regulates the flow of vital energy removing extravasted blood law in recurrence ovary endometriosis cyst.Methods 70 recurrent ovary endometriosis cyst patients with liver-qi blocked and ecchymosis interface syndrome were enrolled.Thirty-five patients were divided into he group therpied by Mu Da Decoction(treatment group) by randomized controlled method,while the other-five patients were divided into the group therapied by gestrinone(control group),continual medication for 6 months.Their pelvic cavity pain improvement situationthe change of cyst,the serum level of CA-125,the incidence of rateadverse reaction were observed.Results After 6 months'treatment,The patients who had pelvic cavity pain in the Chinese medicine group were obviously allevated and the incidence of pelvic cavity pain was reduced from 80.64% to 41.94%.The level of the ovarian cyst was obvious contraction(p0.05).The level of CA-125 in blood was obviously reduced(P0.05).And also the incidence of rateadverse reaction in treatment group was lower than the other group(P0.05).Conclusions Mu Da Decoction can be effectively relieved the level of pelvic cavity pain,contracted the ovarian cyst,reduced the level of CA-125 in blood,and also has less rateadverse reaction,It is one of the effective methods to treat recurrence ovary endometriosis cyst.
