Abstract

The aim of the present investigation was estimating efficacy of a new combined treatment of chronic endometritis using polyadenyluredil acid and low-frequency ultrasound application in women with infertility who were prepared for IVF-programs. We investigated 53 women aged from 18 to 42 years. The study was performed before and 3 months after the treatment. IVF was successful in 46,2 % of the I group patients and in 29,2 % of the II group ones. Optimum combination of polyadenyluredil acids and low-frequency ultrasound application allows not only to successfully eliminate manifestations of chronic endometritis but to decrease percentage of failures in IVF-programmes.
