Methods 15 cases of patients with AWE whom proved by pathology were selected.Their CT imagings, clinical manifestation and pathological files was analyzed retrospectively. Results All the lesion sites of 15 cases were adjacent to the cesarean section.7 cases located in adipose layer,5 cases were deep to rectus abdominis, peritoneal were infiltrated in 3 cases. All lesion sites showed soft tissue density on CT plain scans, and showed homogeneous or heterogeneous enhancement on contrast-enhanced CT scans. Conclusion CT scan for abdominal wall endometriosis is valuable in identifying the detail of the lesion(such as location and infiltration into adjacent tissue).
