Abstract
According to the characteristics and clinical manifestations of Endometriosis,we found the core pathogenesis of endometriosis is ascending Qi of Chong meridian and obstruction of collaterals or meridians due to blood stasis. The Qi of Chong Meridian is usually strong during menstrual period. When the patient get weak body constitution,or attacked by exogenous pathogenic factors or intemal damage by the excessive Seven Emotions,it will cause dysfunction of viscera, which causes Qi of Chong Meridian ascending in period and induces forming of blood stasis inside body to obstruct collamrals.Long term of stasis blood can be transformed to mass and eventually leads to endometriosis.
