Clinical analysis of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of female infertility:a report of 80 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy on diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.Methods:The clinical data of 80 female patients with infertility diagnosed and cured by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy was retrospectively analyzed.Results:The mean operative time was(55±17) min,and mean blood loss was(80±13) ml.There were 37 cases of pelvic inflammation,30 cases of endometriosis,6 cases of polycystic ovary,3 cases of pelvic cavity tuberculosis,3 cases of hysteromyoma and 1 case of ovarian cyst.The overall recanalization rate of oviduct was 73.61%.67 cases were followed up for 1-2 years,and 21 cases were pregnant.Conclusions:Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy can safely diagnose and treat infertility,and improve the recanalization rate of oviduct and postoperative pregnancy rate.This procedure is worthy of clinical application.
