Abstract

Endometriosis (endometriosis, EM)-active endometrial tissues (glands and stroma) appear outside the endometrium, adenomyosis (adenomyosis)-when endometrial glands Endometriosis and interstitial invasion of myometrium and adenomyosis are common diseases in obstetrics and gynecology, and they can often coexist clinically. Although these are two similar diseases caused by endometriosis, their pathogenesis and histogenesis are different and their clinical manifestations are also different. In fact, they are two different diseases. The clinical manifestations and their sensitivity to ovarian hormones are also different: the former are sensitive to progesterone and the latter are not.
