Abstract
Objective Study the value of B ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial polyps.Methods Retrospective analysis of abnormal uterine bleeding in the July 2008 to July 2011 and B-ultrasound in patients initially diagnosed endometrial polyps in 60 patients for the study,patients between the ages of 20-65 years old,patients with an average age of 42.34 years,transvaginal ultrasound contrast observed in the periods before and after uterine see irregular hyperechoic.Results Before and after menstruation endometrial thickening of varying degrees up to 1.2-2.3cm ranging endometrial echo irregularly,the strength of the uneven distribution of the 60 patients,56 cases of patients with endometrial polyps,93.3%,two cases of endometritis,two cases of submucosal fibroids,polyps and mucosal fibroids in the ultrasound identify major multi-mucosal fibroids echo round weakened echo endometrial basal layer deformation or interrupt.Conclusion The vaginal ultrasound can increase the rate of ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial polyps,its operation is simple and accurate,it is worth to vigorously promote the use of clinical endometrial polyp diagnosis.
