Abstract

Objective To summarize the adverse effect of goserelin acetate on patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic operation and the corresponding treatment.Methods The adverse effects of 69 patients with endometriosis who received goserelin acetate injection after laparoscopic surgery were observed,and corresponding measures were carried out.Results 53.62% of patients suffered from adverse effects,such as bleeding,rash,fever,joint pain and castration syndrome.They were cured after systemic treatment and nursing care.Conclusion The rate of adverse reaction of goserelin acetate on patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic operation is high,and it could be decreased by systemic treatment and nursing care.
