A questionnaire survey was conducted among 963 firefighters to collect data on training content, duration, load, protective equipment, rehabilitation measures and fatigue after training. Multiple regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between each factor and knee and ankle injuries. This study shows that training load parameters, personal protective equipment, rehabilitation measures and fatigue or discomfort factors after training play a significant role in the occurrence of knee and ankle injuries. Based on this, a two-stage theory and a three-level intervention model of "training load monitoring-dynamic protection adaption-precision rehabilitation intervention" for firefighter knee and ankle joint injury were proposed. Ask this paper AI returns verbatim quotes from the full text · source: preprint-html

Answers must be backed by verbatim quotes from this paper's full text. Hallucinated quotes are dropped automatically; if no verbatim passage answers the question, we say so. How this works
