Abstract
Objective: To observe the influence of Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis to eliminate abdominal mass on patients with infertility combined with endometriosis accepting laparoscopic surgery.Methods: 70 patients with infertility combined with endometriosis accepting laparoscopic surgery were randomlydivided into the control group and the treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given pregnenolone,while the ones in the treatment group were given Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis to eliminate abdominal mass.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group(91.43%) was better than that(68.57%) of the control group(P0.05).The pregnancy rate of the treatment group(74.29%) was better than that(45.71%) of the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion: Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis to eliminate abdominal mass can increase the recovery of patients with infertility combined with endometriosis accepting laparoscopic surgery,and improve the clinical curative effect.
