It is most often observed in acute ischemic stroke [ 2 ] and status epilepticus [ 3 ] among other central nervous system emergencies. We present a rare case of CCD secondary to acute druginduced liver failure following acetaminophen overdose, complicated by profound hypoglycemic encephalopathy. This report broadens the etiologic spectrum of CCD and underscores the relevance of systemic metabolic disturbances in its pathophysiology. crossed cerebellar diaschisis acetaminophen poisoning druginduced liver failure hypoglycemic encephalopathy magnetic resonance imaging Full Text Additional Declarations No competing interests reported.
