Abstract
目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在子宫内膜异位症与子宫腺肌症发生、发展中的作用.方法应用免疫组织化学法(SABC法),检测70例子宫内膜异位症与子宫腺肌症内膜组织(异位内膜组)和30例正常子宫内膜组织(对照组)中MMP-2的表达 . 结果 MMP-2在异位内膜组其阳性表达率为71.43%(50/70),对照组为40%(12 /3 0);强阳性表达率异位内膜组为40.00%(28/70),对照组为6.67%(2/30).两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01).MMP-2在卵巢子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌症患者阳性表达率分别为69.44%(25/36)和73.53%(25/34);强阳性表达率分别为33.33%(12/36)和47.06 %(16 /34),两者比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论异位内膜组织中MMP-2的过度表达与异位内膜组织的侵袭力有关,MMP-2在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展中具有重要作用.而抑制MMP-2可为子宫内膜异位症的治疗提供新的靶点.
