Clinical Analysis of 14 Cases with Endometriosis by Abdominal Incisions Scar

Objective To study the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis by the abdominal inci- sion scar.Methods 14 cases of endometriosis by the abdominal incision scar were,collected and analysed.Results The main cause of the disease was the plantation of endometrium.The clinical characteristic was periodical pain and mass.The first im- portant treatment method was operation to excise the endometriotic focus compietely Conclusion To prevent the disease,we should avoid the endometrium dispersion left on the incision.The operation is the choice that should be selected first.
