Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis and provide theoretical guidance for the treatment of the disease. Methods The obstetrics and gynecology hospital in March,2010 ~ in February,2012 year,100 cases of patients with endometriosis, using random number table group, were divided into study group and control group, each group of 50 cases. The research group used laparoscopic operation in the treatment, while the control group took the traditional open operation treatment.Record two groups of patients' operation duration, postoperative bleeding, anal exhaust time, wound healing time of operation and hospitalization time, and made a contrast. The two groups of patients after discharge got the follow-up of 1 year, recorded the pregnancy rate within 1 year. Results The operation time in study group(118.7 ± 37.7) min,the control group(126.8 ± 30.2) min, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The amount of bleeding, anal exhaust time, wound healing time and hospitalization time distribution for the study group were(47.8±26.2)ml,(22.8±5.2)h,(3.23±1.1)d,(4.13 ± 1.6) d,the control group were(139.2 ± 55.2) ml,(39 ± 1.5) h,(6.20 ± 1.6) d,(6.91 ±2.1) d,there were significant differences between the two groups(P 0.05).The study group of 1 year, the pregnancy rate was 68%,41% in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusions For patients with endometriosis, laparoscopic treatment compared with open operation can improve the prognosis of patients with rehabilitation, and improve the pregnancy rate.
