Sale of all interest in assets including contracts, drug application registrations, the 'Plenaxis' trademarks and trade names, patents, know-how, technical information, promotional and marketing materials, customer and supplier lists, marketing studies, product inventory and materials, manufacturing equipment, product records, government authorizations and shares, with royalty on the sale of products containing abarelix in any formulation, including the 'Plenaxis' product formulated in 'Rel-Ease' or similar formulation to treat prostate cancer, abarelix products for injectable suspension, an abarelix product to treat endometriosis including sustained release or depot formulations, and other products under sublicense.
