Abstract

Objective:To analyse the clinical effect of larparoscopic surgery combined with medicine treatment in endometriosis.Methods:The clinical data in 415 patients with endometriosis undergoing larparoscopic surgery were analysed retrospectively.Results: The postoperative recurrence rate and pregnancy rate of sterility of the half-year,one-year and two-year were 4.3%,5.7%,18.8% and 25.1%,31.5%,42.9% respectively in danazol group,5.2%,8.0%,20.6% and 17.1%,28.0%,53.6% respectively in gestrinone group and 3.5%,8.3%,26.5% and 33.2%,35.0%,59.4% respectively in chinese medicine group.Conclusion:Larparoscopic surgery combined with medicine treatment for endometriosis can decrease the recurrence rate and improve the pregnancy rate.There is no statistical difference in the pregnancy rate among three groups,the optimal time for pregnancy is half-year after operation.
