Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical values of CA125 detection and joint detection of CA125,CA199,and CEA in diagnosis of ovarian cancer and other tumors. Methods:ADVA Centaur and ADVIA Centaur XP automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay were used to detect serum levels of CA125,CA199,and CEA in 647 patients and 50 healthy women, and then the results were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The total positive rate of CA125 in 647 patients was 22.4%(145/647);the positive rates of CA125 in patients with ovarian cancer, benign ovarian tumor, endometriosis, and other gynecological diseases were 81.0%(34/42),18.8%(12/64),62.5%(30/48),and 11.8%(45/381),respectively,compared with normal women, there was statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:CA125 has a certain significance in differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer and other tumors, joint detection of CA125,CA199,and CEA can improve the diagnostic sensitivity of ovarian cancer.
