Analysis of 103 cases with non-prolapsed uterine vaginal ectomy

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the operation method and clinical value of vaginal hysterectomy.Methods:103 cases that underwent vaginal hysterectomy during January,2007 to December,2008 in our hospital were selected and analyzed,of which 97 are total hysterectomy and 6 are subtotal hysterectomy.Results:103 cases all had successful vaginal hysterectomy,including 79 cases diagnosed by postoperative pathology as hysteromyoma,8 cases as dysfunctional uterine bleeding,13 cases as adenomyosis and 3 cases as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.All patients were in cure.Conclusion:As a mini-invasive and rapid recovery operation,vaginal hysterectomy leaves no scars in the abdominal wall and worth clinical application.
