Experimental Study on Mechanism of Treating Endometriosis with Chinese Herb Neiyixiao

Objective To explore the influence of Neiyixiao on the blood rheology and the levels of IL-6,IL-8 of endometriosis(EMT).Methods Animal models of with endometriosis after Jones method was established.Neiyixiao was observed and compared with danazol,the artery blood and endometriotic tissue were collected to assay the blood rheology,the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 of vein blood of endometriosis.Results ①Compared with MG,Neiyixiao could decreased whole blood viscosity obviously(P0.01).②The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 of vein blood of endometriosis in Neiyixiao and DLG were significantly lower compared with those in MG(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Neiyixiao has significant effects on endometriosis rats,the mechanisms might be related to improving blood rheology and decreasing levels of IL-6,IL-8.
