Abstract
【Objective】To analyze the change of stress state of patients with laparoscopic uterine endometriosis operation during the perioperative period. 【Methods】54 patients with uterine endometriosis operation in our hospital from June 2011 to December 2012 were selected as research subjects. The patients were divided into control group (open operation group, 27 cases) and observation group (laparoscopic operation group, 27 cases). The serum oxidative stress and body stress response indexes of two groups before the operation, at 1st day and 3rd day after the treatment were analyzed and compared.【Results】The serum oxidative stress indexes of observation group at 1st day and 3rd day after the treatment were all better than those in control group at the corresponding time (P 0.05),body stress response indexes were all lower than those in control group (P 0.05). 【Conclusion】The change of stress state of patients with laparoscopic uterine endometriosis operation during the perioperative period is obviously better than that of control group. The patients can benefit more by the laparoscopic operation.
