Expression of E-Cadherin in pelvic peritoneum lesions with the endometriosis

Objective To study expression rules of E-cadherin through observing the expression of E-cadherin in different kinds of pelvic peritoneum lesions with the endometriosis.Methods The expression of E-cadherin was got by immune-histochemistry method on 45 cases diagnosed as endometriosis with laparoscopy and 36 cases in control group.Results The expression of E-cadherin was stronger in the pigmentation lesions than the non-pigmentation lesions(P0.05).Conclusion The expression level of E-cadherin was related to the severity and injured depth of the endometriosis pelvic lesions.
