Abstract

Objective To explor the curative effect of letrozole combined intrauterine insemination to treat the starility women with stage endometriosiseMethods 75 cases starility women with stageⅠ~Ⅱendometriosis who have been taken laparoscopic surgery are collected in Gynaecology of the frist hospital of Qin Huang Dao from January 2012 to January 2014,were divided into two groups randomly: group A(letrozole combined intrauterine insemination)、group B(natural cycl)The pregnancy rates of 1 year after surgery between two groups were comparedResults The clinical pregnancy rate of 1 year after surgery of group A was 4286%,there exist significant differences between group A and group B 3000%Conclusion Letrozole combined intrauterine insemination after laparoscopic surgery is one of effective treatment for starility women with stageⅠ~Ⅱendometriosis
