Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 150 patients who had underwent operation to diagnose ovarian endometriosis. Results: There were 133 out of 150 cases who had tested their preoperative serum CA125 concentration, among whom, 69 cases with elevated level. The results show no difference between 58 cases with pain and 27 cases with adenomyosis. The ovarian cysts occurs on the left 111, right 96 cases respectively. The CA125 wasn't directly affected by the sides of endometrioma, sterility and abortion. Conclusion: The serum CA125 level was affected by multiple factors. The sensititivity of CA125 to ovarian endometriosis was 51.9%.It seems no significant correlation with sides of endometrioma, sterility and abortion.
