Abstract
子宫内膜异位症与情志异常往往互为因果，双向影响。文章从“怫郁致病，病郁同治”理论探析子宫内膜异位症相关不孕的辨治，认为其病因病机初始期以“郁致痰浊血瘀，癥之所结”为主，进展期以“久病转虚及肾，虚瘀交错”为主。情志异常是发病关键及渐进性进展的重要因素。针对不同阶段的病机特点，提出病郁同治，分阶段施治理念，先疏肝解郁、化清瘀浊，以荡清脏腑之郁毒；再补肾调肝，调和冲任，为受孕作准备，最终达到良好的治疗效果。
