Clinical Study on Leuprorelin Acetate Microsphere Sustained Release for Endometriosis

Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of leuprolida acetate microsphere sustained release for injection(Boennuokang)in the treatment of endometriosis(EM).Methods The patients with confirmed endometriosis were randomly divided into leuprolide group(n=73)and control groups(n=73).The leuprolide group received leuprorelin acetate microsphere sustained release for injection,and the control group received Enatintone injection(leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection),3 times totally in each group.After treatment,the mass standards of grading in four different parts were measured by B ultrasound;the changes in hormones levels(FSH,E2,LH),the medical consultation for gynecological,the scores of the patient's subjective symptoms during menstruation and non-menstrual days were observed.Results The changes of the mass standards of grading in four different parts had no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The hormones(FSH,E2,LH)levels were reached the level of menopause,and returned to normal when menstruation resumed after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05);The distinct improvement rates and improvement rates of total symptom scores during menstruation and non-menstrual days had no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The leuprorelin acetate microsphere sustained release for injection is effective and safe in the treatment of endometriosis.
