Experimental Research of Liqi Capsule in Treating Endometriosis

Objective To study the effect of Liqi capsule in sexual hormone and other relative factors endometriosis rats. Methods The content of E2 and P in serum were determined with radio immunoassay. ER, PR, VEGF and the activity of NK cells were determined with immunohistochemical method. Results Liqi capsule can reduce the level of E2 and P in the blood of rats, lower the content of ER and PR in ectopia endometrium, raise the activity of NK cells, and restrain the generation of VEGF. The effects of Liqi capsule are close to those of Danazol. Conclusion Liqi capsule can control the growth of ectopica endometrium by regularing endocrine. At the same time, it increases the activity of NK cells to reinforce their effect of getting rid of the ectopia endometrium.
