Using the collateral disease theory for investigating the pathogenesis,syndrome and treatment of the endometriosis,this article holds that the the Stagnation of Chong and Ren Vessel is the pathogenesis of endometriosis,clinical syndrome need to tell the difference in deficiency syndrome and empirical,cold and heat in the Chong and Ren Vessel stasis for nakedness efficacy.When treating based on the therapeutic principle of the syndrome differentiation and treatment to dredge the collaterals by eliminating the pathogenic factors,these drugs of pungent and fragrant,of warming meridians,of rattan drugs,of eliminating phlegm and of insect drugs are adopted actively.If persistent illness cause the impairment of vital Qi,such drugs of reinforcing deficiency,replenishing essence and solid collaterals could be added.
