Abstract
The concept of lifelong learning therefore appears as one of the keys to entering the 21st century. It transcends the distinction traditional relationship between primary education and lifelong education. He responds to the challenge of a rapidly changing world, but this finding is not new, since previous reports on education were already emphasizing this need to return to school to deal with the novelty that arises in private life as in professional life. This requirement remains, it has even reinforced. It cannot be satisfied unless everyone has learned to learn.
