Clinical analysis of diagnosis and treatment efficiency of laparoscopy for 60 patients of ovarian endometriosis associated with infertility

【Objective】To study the clinical signification of laparoscopic surgery in ovary endometriosis asso-ciated with infertility.【Methods】Applying laparoscopic surgery to therapy patients for 60 cases who have ovary en-dometriosis associated with infertility and contrasting to the group which has 60 cases with abdominal surgery.【Results】Two groups have more significant difference with the blood quantity during operation,time in hospital postoperation and the time using medicine post-operation(P 0.01).Two groups had significant difference with the pregnancy rate postoperation(P 0.05).【Conclusions】Laproscopic surgery to treat endometriosis associated with infertility can finish processing with abdominal surgery and achieve corresponding effectiveness.Furthermore,its in-jury is small.It has the advantage of small injury and recovering quickly postoperation.To the patients of barren-ness,it can attain to the same therapy effect,with abdominal surgery.
