Abstract

Objective Using ultrasound-guided radio-frequency ablation on dysfunctional uterine bleeding,discuss the clinical value of micro-invasive method in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods Uterus longitudinal cross sections were used mainly,and lateral sections used also. Auto-coagulate knife can be leaded into uterus safely and correctly,that can observe endometriosis. Results 31 cases were effective in 36 patients. Conclusion non-invasive radio-frequency ablation on dysfunctional uterine bleeding under ultrasonic guidance is a effective treatment.
