Detection of peritoneal, ovarian, and bowel endometriosis using FTIR spectroscopy and machine learning
This study found that Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy combined with the XGBoost machine learning algorithm and targeted spectral feature selection accurately detected and differentiated ovarian, bowel, and peritoneal endometriosis.
