Effect of polyglycoside of Trip terygium wilfordi Hook.f.on cytotoxicity and NO Production in activated peritoneal elicited macrophage of mice
OA: closed
Abstract
Separate and purify the peritoneal elicited M #phi# of mice, then culture in vitro with a series concentration of TWP, at the same time the macrophage are activated by LPS. Test the cutotoxicity of M #phi# by MTT colorimetry and then the content of nitric oxide was explored by Griess reagent. TWP (6.25-100#mu#g/l) could inhibit the production and NO production of macrophage in vitro induced by LPS. (P<0.01). The results which suggest that TWP can inhibit the cytotoxicity function and secretion change of NO from mice peritoneal macrophage in vitro induced by LPS are conductive for investigation of new therapeutic approaches for curing endometriosis.
