Clinical Analysis of 38 Cases of Abdominal Incision Endometriosis

Abstract

Objective:To investigate abdominal incision endometriosis clinical features and treatment methods.Methods:Clinical Data of 38 cases with abdominal endometriosis were analyzed.Results:Surgery incision of scar lesion was undergone with the epidural anesthesia,rang of lesion size was 1.2~4.0cm with average of 2.6 cm.After treatment,all patients were discharged,followed up 3 years after surgery and found 2 cases(5.3%)of recurrence.Conclusion:The abdominal incision endometriosis was related to endometrial planting.Surgery was the best way to treat this disease.Natural childbirth,reduce the planting of iatrogenic endometrial and breast-feeding could prevent the occurred of endometriosis abdominal incision in a certain degree.
