Abstract
Objective:Study of mechanism of Xiao Zheng Injection on endometriosis of rat model.Methold:The rat model of endometriosis was made by implanting its endometrium into peritoneum;compared the morphologic change after given treatment;Detected the VEGF in serum by ELISA;Detected the protein VEGFexpression in eutopic and ectopic endometrium.Result:Xiao Zheng injection can decease the expression of VEGF in serum,eutopic and ectopic endometrium,contrast to model group,P0.05,among three treating group,the effect of lower density of Xiao Zheng injection is the best.Conclusion:There is a good result of Xiao Zheng injection to endometriosis,maybe anti-angiogenesis is one of the mechanism of it.
