Abstract
Objective: To analyze the effect of laparoscopy in the treatment of endometriosis patients with high CA_(125) expression. Methods: One hundred endometriosis patients treated in one hospital from May 2010 to Oct. 2011 were selected as the research subjects, and divided into the research group and control group with 50 cases respectively, based on systematic random sampling by clinician, under the approval of hospital ethnics committee and awareness of patients. Patients in the control group were treated by traditional open surgery, while patients in the research group were treated by laparoscopic surgery. The differences of clinical efficiency between the two groups were compared. Results: The research group was compared with the control group on CA_(125) expression after operation in 6 h,12 h,and 24 h,the differences between the two groups were significant( P 0. 05),and the differences in operation time, blood loss, length of hospital stay and incision length were significant( P 0. 05). Conclusions: Laparoscopic surgery has outstanding efficiency in the treatment of endometriosis patients with high CA_(125) expression, who have a satisfactory recovery, thus this procedure is worthy of clinical promotion.
