The Observation of the Curative Effect of Two Methods on the Treatment of Endometriosis and Adenomyosis

Objective To investigate the curative effect of two methods on the treatment of endometriosis and adenomyosis.Methods 60 cases of patients with endometriosis and adenomyosis were divided into two groups.For group A,30 patients were treated by GnRH-α.For group B,30 patients were treated by low dose of mifepristone.The therapeutic effect and security of the two groups were observed.Results After the treatments,the symptoms of the patients were improved significantly.The total effective rates were all 100%(P 0.05).In group B,there was no effect on the levels of hormone,with statistically significant difference in contrast togroup A.Conclusion The treatment of endometriosis by low dose of mifepristone can improve the symptoms significantly with few adverse reaction.The treatment is beneficial to the increasing of the pregnancy rate and is worthy of wide application in clinic.
