Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between endometrial endometriosis patients psychological state and self-management behavior.Methods We collected 168 cases of endometriosis patients from our hospital,We evaluated their mental state after operation with the Beck Depression Inventory,and we evaluated their self-management behavior with self-designed Self-management behavior scale.The situation of the endometriosis patients depression and self-management behavior were analyzed with statistical methods.Results ①Mild depression were significantly higher(P 0.05).②There were significant differences in self-management behavior of each dimension among the four depression groups(P 0.05).③Depression negatively correlated with self-management behavior dimensions(P 0.05).Conclusion The behavior of the self-management of patients with endometriosis will reduce postoperative adverse psychological.We should raise the degree of attention.
