Эмбриотропные аутоантитела у больных с внутренним эндометриозом

Aim: to investigate the parameters of immune system in women with internal endometriosis. Methods: the level of the natural embryotropic autoantibodies in serum was detected by ELI-P-Test (ELISA-detected Probably of pathology). Material. 35 women of reproductive age: 16 patients with internal endometriosis and 19 with internal endometriosis and uterine myoma. Results. Changes in immune system in all patients with internal endometriosis were established: 4 of them had hyporeactivity of immune system, 31 had hyperreactivity and normoreactivity was not observed at all. Conclusion: the data obtained testified the immune mechanism of developing of endometriosis and supposed the appropriate immunocorrecting therapy.
